Thurs 23 May – Perth to Ellendale Pool

Weather looking good, we headed North.  First stop the Pinnacles in the Nambung NP.  Impressive and well worth the visit.  New road clearly marked off the main highway in sharp contrast to when I was here 23 years ago – a bad dirt track south from the Cervantes petrol station.

More driving, heading for a camp spot at Ellendale Pool, which we arrived at late afternoon.  A reasonable number of people camped there, but we found a good overnight spot.

Where's Clive?

Some of them are massive!

The Cruiser is dwarfed by this wind turbine, near Ellendale.
